The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a top‑notch dairy protein that delivers essential amino acids needed for everyday body function and tissue upkeep.

This blend fuses whey concentrate and whey isolate with a branded enzyme mix to aid digestibility and uptake, and grass‑fed sourcing is noted in the product notes.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein provides a rich bundle of essential amino acids, including BCAAs, which help with muscle protein synthesis and recovery cycles.

This aligns with guidance on protein quality and digestibility that helps normal muscle function.

Dr. Hartman from the University of Illinois found that whey protein supplementation during resistance training supports gains in lean body mass and strength. This evidence shows how quickly absorbed proteins can assist with muscle repair and growth after training.

This supplement isn’t meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness.
