This form acts as the core protein source in this product, with additional whey components supporting its profile and ensuring gluten-free formulation where applicable.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate participates in muscle protein synthesis and supports post-exercise recovery, contributing to the maintenance of lean muscle with regular training.

Protein sources like whey isolate support daily protein needs and are commonly recognised by EFSA and NHS as contributing to muscle mass maintenance when consumed as part of a balanced diet.
