The Active Ingredient Is: Glycine

Glycine is a simple, non-essential amino acid used in protein formation and lots of metabolic processes to help cellular health.

This formulation uses free-form glycine, which helps support antioxidant production and cellular health through its role as a precursor in glutathione synthesis.

What Does Glycine Do?

Glycine helps with antioxidant production and everyday immune function, adding to cellular protection and energy use in line with EFSA guidance. Dr. Kawai at Kyoto University found that glycine helps support antioxidant production in the body.

This note reflects glycine’s role in everyday physiological functions and how it might interact with other greens, mushrooms, and antioxidant blends in the product to support daily vitality.
