The Active Ingredient Is: Protein (Plant Based Protein Blend)

Protein from a plant based blend offers essential amino acids for muscle repair and adaptation after intense exercise.

Form: a blend of soy protein isolate, rice protein and pea protein, delivering the amino acids needed for muscle protein synthesis.

What Does Protein Do?

Protein is involved in muscle repair and adaptation after exercise. BCAAs are quickly absorbed and have been shown to help reduce post-workout muscle soreness and quicken recovery.

This finding is backed by research from Dr. Jäger at the University of Stirling, which talks about the benefits of protein plus carbohydrate co-ingestion for post-exercise recovery.
