The Active Ingredient Is: Caffeine

Caffeine is a everyday boost that sits in the xanthine family and is commonly used to help sharp focus and vital energy levels during tasks that demand concentration and rapid reactions.

This variant is usually drawn from natural plant sources and is commonly included in pre exercise formulas to help quick, lasting energy and focus.

What Does Caffeine Do?

Caffeine helps keep you alert and can boost performance when taken ahead of workouts, which aligns with clinical findings on pre exercise energy supports. Dr Grgic from the University of Zagreb noted that caffeine may heighten alertness, vigilance and workout performance when ingested before activity.

It works by interacting with the body's adenosine receptors to shape energy and focus, helping maintain mental and physical readiness throughout training.
