The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a high-purity dairy protein providing essential amino acids, notably leucine, that support recovery after exercise. This form is processed to maximise protein content while minimising lactose, carbohydrates and fat to improve digestibility and purity.

This form is produced through filtration methods that enhance purity and bioavailability, delivering fast-digesting protein for efficient utilisation by the body.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate helps maintain normal muscle function and provides building blocks for muscle repair after training. It supports growth and maintenance of muscle mass when combined with regular activity, as recognised by EFSA-approved claims.

Scientific evidence also notes that whey isolates rapidly deliver essential amino acids, supporting muscle recovery and protein synthesis. Dr. Tipton of the University of Cambridge found that whey protein isolates rapidly supply amino acids important for muscle repair.
