Il pacchetto contiene due tipi di capsule: capsule bianche per l'uso diurno e capsule blu per l'uso notturno. Le capsule bianche sono progettate per aiutarti a rimanere attivi durante il giorno alleviando sintomi come naso bloccato, mal di testa, febbre e dolori del corpo. Contengono 500 mg di paracetamolo, antidolorifico e riduttore della febbre; 25 mg di fenilefrina cloridrato, decongestionante per alleviare la congestione nasale; e 5 mg di caffeina per combattere la sonnolenza.
Le capsule blu sono destinate all'uso di notte. Contengono 500 mg di paracetamolo e 25 mg di fenilefrina cloridrato, come le capsule bianche, ma al posto della caffeina, contengono 5 mg di difenidramina cloridrato. Questo è un antistaminico che aiuta ad alleviare un naso che cola e starnuti, e ha anche lievi proprietà sedative per aiutare il sonno.
Le capsule sono facili da deglutire e possono essere prese con o senza cibo. Per adulti e bambini di età pari o superiore a 16 anni, la dose raccomandata è di due capsule ogni quattro ore, fino a un massimo di quattro dosi in 24 ore. Per i bambini di età compresa tra 12 e 15 anni, la dose raccomandata è una capsula ogni quattro ore, fino a un massimo di quattro dosi in 24 ore.
Le capsule non dovrebbero essere prese per più di sette giorni senza consulenza medica. Non dovrebbero essere usati da nessuno con un cuore grave o un disturbo circolatorio, la pressione alta o una tiroide iperattiva.
