Distribute the product evenly over the area needing protection: use ½ teaspoon for the face, 1 teaspoon for each arm, a bit more for each leg, and 2 teaspoons for both the back and chest. Allow it to dry. Reapply every 1-2 hours to ensure continued protection, particularly after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.
