Verwenden Sie zweimal täglich, nachdem Sie Ihre Zähne geputzt haben oder wie von einem Zahnarzt oder Arzt angewiesen.
Essen oder trinken Sie nach der Verwendung des Mundwassers mindestens 30 Minuten lang etwas.
