For the wrist, place the Cura-Heat Arthritis Pain Wrist wrap over the wrist, ensuring the thumb and little finger go through the designated holes and the logo is on top of the hand. Open the Cura-Heat Arthritis Refill sachet by hand (do not use scissors) and take out the heat pack. Insert only one heat pack into each wrap pocket. Always place heat packs inside the wrap pocket. Cura-Heat gradually warms up and reaches full heat in about 30 minutes. Since Cura-Heat is activated by air, do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it.
