IModium IBS-Reliefkapseln 2mg ist ein rezeptfreies Medikament, das zur Behandlung der Symptome des Reizdarmsyndroms (IBS) wie Durchfall, Bauchschmerzen und Beschwerden verwendet wird. Der Wirkstoff in diesem Medikament ist Loperamidhydrochlorid, ein Anti-Diarrheal-Mittel. Loperamid arbeitet durch Verlangsamung der Bewegung des Darms, was die Frequenz und Dringlichkeit von Darmbewegungen verringert.

Wie man verwendet:

Nehmen Sie das Medikament mit einem vollen Glas normalen Wassers ein.
Für Erwachsene und Kinder über 12 Jahren nehmen Sie zunächst zwei Kapseln, gefolgt von einer Kapsel nach jeder losen Darmbewegung, bis zu maximal 6 Kapseln pro Tag. Überschreiten Sie die empfohlene Dosierung nicht oder verwenden Sie das Medikament länger als angewiesen.

For oral administration only. Swallow whole with water. Do not chew. For IBS diarrhea, previously diagnosed by a doctor: Adults 18 years and older: Begin with 2 capsules. Take 1 capsule after each loose stool, or as directed by a doctor, up to a maximum of 6 capsules daily. Use for up to 2 weeks for recurring episodes, but not for any single episode lasting more than 48 hours. If symptoms change, worsen, or do not improve after 2 weeks, consult a doctor. For short-term diarrhea: Adults and children over 12 years: Start with 2 capsules. Take 1 capsule after each loose stool, up to a maximum of 6 capsules daily. If diarrhea persists for more than 48 hours, consult a doctor. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
