Leave the lotion on for 10 minutes for effective lice and nit treatment. Apply a generous amount of shampoo to the hair before adding water. Add water and shampoo thoroughly. Rinse with warm water. Before drying, comb the hair thoroughly with the anti-lice comb to remove lice and eggs. Clean the comb regularly.
