For levels between 2-3 mmol/l, a maximum of 100-200 mmol K+ (8-16 tablets) daily is suggested. For levels between 3-4 mmol/l, a maximum of 50-100 mmol K+ (4-8 tablets) daily is recommended. Elderly: No specific dosage adjustments are needed for elderly patients, but they should be monitored closely due to factors like poor diet or reduced kidney function that may affect dosage or tolerability. For Adults and children: Take 2 to 4 tablets per day dissolved in 1/3 to 1/2 glasses of water at meal times.
