Welzo products are always delivered-on time and also a good product

I am pleased to be offered Vitamin C in liposomal form and in capsules. But it is impossible to assess whether the liposomal element is making the vitamin any more effective of course. I would prefer the capsule to be coloured I think to make it distinguishable from other capsules I may take.

This is really good quality material. I really hate the sauna, to the point that my wife asked me why on earth I had bought this. The reason was I wanted the benefits of sauna but without sitting weirdly with strangers half naked. I also always end up dizzy in normal saunas.

I got this to try at home and I’m really pleased with it. I’ve only used it a few times but I’ve already learned some helpful tips.

Don’t get in it cold. That will prolong the time you need in it, although the first two times I was in it I didn’t know that, it was still a pleasant experience I just wondered why I wasn’t sweating and the reason was my core temp needed to rise first.

Best to do that with a warm shower or 5 mins cardio before getting in.

Also wearing a hat can keep the temp in too and make you sweat sooner.

Saying that, lying for an hour in the blanket regardless of sweat is a really relaxing experience I just need to make the sweat happen more quickly in times when time is limited.
