The vitamins are good quality but unfortunately I have been left hanging for the subscription to be sent out to me, so I am now 7 days without any . I have been told , after chasing them, that it's due to popular demand and not enough stock and that they will let me know when new stock comes in and will send an me and update ...still no update or delivery , however the money was been taken out of my account nearly 10 days ago..naughty , naughty !!

Easy to order arrived after 3 days. Not sure yet if I feel any different health wise, but certainly no negative effects. Re-ordered, unfortunately, no order after 11 days and counting.
