The Active Ingredient Is: Omega-3 Fatty Acids (EPA and DHA)

Omega-3 fatty acids are vital nutrients that help everyday bodily functions and are largely drawn from fish oils. This blend delivers EPA and DHA drawn from anchovy and sardine oils, with natural vitamin E as a stabiliser and a triglyceride form to help uptake.

This combo is provided as a concentrated fish-oil source to boost bioavailability and stability, without artificial colours or flavours.

What Does Omega-3 Fatty Acids Do?

Omega-3 fatty acids help keep inflammation balanced by tweaking the production of inflammatory compounds, and they play a part in cell membrane health, helping tissues all over your body work as they should.

Dr Freeman at the University of California found that omega-3s slot into cell membranes and tune inflammatory responses, supporting heart health and brain function in line with EFSA expectations.
