The Active Ingredient Is: Milk Protein

Milk protein is a complete protein source containing essential amino acids required for normal body function and tissue maintenance.

This form is derived from dairy milk and is commonly used to provide high‑quality protein for muscle support and satiety in active lifestyles.

What Does Milk Protein Do?

Milk protein participates in supporting muscle protein synthesis and recovery after exercise, and is involved in appetite regulation through protein digestion and hormone responses.

Dr. Phillips of the University of Illinois found that milk protein supplementation can improve recovery and support lean muscle mass gains after resistance exercise.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
