The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a super clean protein pulled from milk, built to help with lean nutrition and quicker muscle recovery.

This version is usually processed to strip out most of the fat and lactose, giving a fast-digesting protein ideal for post-workout and everyday protein intake.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate helps fuel muscle protein synthesis and recovery after workouts and helps keep lean tissue during training and daily activity, in line with standard nutrition guidance.

Its quick digestion and high bioavailability help efficient protein use, which matters for active people trying to hit daily protein targets.

This supports overall muscle health and daily upkeep of body composition, as noted in nutrition literature and EFSA-aligned guidance.

Dr. Jäger from the University of Innsbruck found that high quality protein intake after exercise boosts muscle protein synthesis, helping optimise recovery and adaptation in active adults.

This supplement isn't meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
