The Active Ingredient Is: Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

Branched-Chain Amino Acids are vital amino acids that feature a key role in everyday body function and are needed from your diet. This formula delivers free-form, instantly solubilised amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio to support smooth intra‑workout and post‑workout delivery.

This blend also includes other essential amino acids, which helps to support the main role of BCAAs in muscle metabolism and recovery after training.

What Does Branched-Chain Amino Acids Do?

Branched-Chain Amino Acids take part in muscle protein synthesis and the balance of muscle protein turnover during and after training. The 2:1:1 ratio aligns with research-backed approaches to support this process.

EFSA-aligned insights recognise essential amino acids as parts of normal protein synthesis and energy production in active people.
