The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate

Whey protein isolate is a ultra-pure dairy-based protein source that provides essential amino acids and is quickly absorbed by your body.

This form is micro-filtered to achieve high protein content with little lactose and fats (which is common) and makes it suitable for athletes and people looking for efficient protein delivery.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate offers crucial amino acids, including leucine, which helps rebuild muscle protein synthesis and recovery after training sessions.

Dr. Morton of the University of Leeds found that whey protein isolate helps promote muscle growth during resistance training sessions. This evidence highlights its role in helping maintain lean mass and after-exercise recovery.
