The Active Ingredient Is: Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

Branched-Chain Amino Acids, or BCAAs, are basically essential amino acids that help with normal protein metabolism and muscle upkeep.

This blend serves BCAAs in a 4:1:1 mix, giving you a ready-to-use amino acid profile for muscle support and recovery work.

What Does Branched-Chain Amino Acids Do?

BCAAs are shown to assist with muscle recovery and to aid in reducing post-exercise soreness when consumed around training, supporting routine physical activity. This is aligned with guidance from EFSA and NHS regarding amino acid roles in metabolism and recovery.

In addition, the product includes glutamine, which helps maintain immune function and supports post-workout recovery as part of a combined amino acid strategy. Studies indicate benefits in muscle repair and fatigue reduction for athletes when BCAAs are used with glutamine.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
