The Active Ingredient Is: L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is an amino acid found in foods like watermelon and is produced naturally in the body, where it helps with normal metabolic processes. It helps to support nitric oxide production to aid in optimising blood flow during exercise.

This form is sold as pure L-Citrulline to back its role in vascular function and endurance contexts.

What Does L-Citrulline Do?

L-Citrulline sits in the body’s nitric oxide pathway, which can help support blood flow to muscles and the delivery of nutrients during activity. This function lines up with guidance on nitric oxide precursors and their role in healthy vascular function.

The nutrient helps normal physiological blood vessel function and contributes to endurance-related activity by enabling efficient nutrient and oxygen delivery to working muscles.
