The Active Ingredient Is: Protein (Pea Protein Isolate)

Protein from pea protein isolate provides all nine essential amino acids and supports normal muscle function as part of a balanced diet. This form is derived from European golden peas and offers high digestibility and bioavailability in a plant-based protein source.

What Does Protein Do?

Protein helps maintain normal muscle function and supports growth through essential amino acids and branched-chain amino acids that are involved in muscle protein synthesis. Dr. Phillips of Harvard University found that essential amino acids can stimulate the mTOR pathway to support protein turnover. EFSA recognises that protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle function.
