The Active Ingredient Is: Spirulina (Blue-green Algae)

Spirulina is basically a blue-green alga, used as a nutrient-dense supplement and a source of antioxidant-supporting compounds. It is valued for its role in a greens-based nutrition blend. [which is handy for daily balance]

This form comes from blue-green algae and helps build the overall antioxidant-rich greens profile of the product.

What Does Spirulina Do?

Spirulina helps neutralise free radicals and supports immune health, contributing to overall wellbeing in line with EFSA-style guidance. Dr. Karkos from the University of Crete has noted antioxidant and immune-support properties linked to spirulina.

The blend also includes other greens like chlorella and wheatgrass to further support the body's normal antioxidant capacity and digestive health as part of the product's nutrient makeup [and it’s nice to know it’s all in one blend].
