The Primary Ingredient Is: L-Glutamine (Micronised Form)

L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that helps with nitrogen transport and protein synthesis, increasingly used to support after-workout recovery and immune function. This product uses a micronised L-Glutamine form for potentially better absorption.

This blend contains micronised L-Glutamine as the main active ingredient, with standard capsule ingredients. The micronised form is meant to help availability within the body during periods of intensified training and physiological stress.

What L-Glutamine Does?

L-Glutamine helps support immune health and aids muscle recovery after strenuous exercise, helping tissue repair and maintaining nitrogen balance. Studies suggest a role in promoting muscle glycogen synthesis and supporting after-workout immune function.

Dr. Newsholme from the University of Oxford shows that glutamine participates in immune function and muscle recovery pathways, aligning with EFSA and NHS interpretations of amino acid roles in normal physiology.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
