Whey protein isolate is a top‑notch, fast‑digesting protein sourced from milk, delivering essential amino acids your muscles use after a workout. This mix blends whey protein isolate with electrolytes to craft a light, refreshing hydration shake.

This formula uses an 85% whey isolate base with minerals like magnesium, potassium and calcium to help electrolyte balance during exercise. The blend aims for clean, non‑milky hydration along with protein delivery.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate helps supply amino acids that support muscle protein synthesis, aiding growth, repair and maintenance after physical activity. It also helps supply nutrients needed for post‑exercise recovery, together with electrolyte support for muscle function.

Dr. Moore from the University of Nottingham found that post‑exercise protein in the 20–40 g range optimises muscle protein synthesis, aligning with EFSA guidance on protein's role in muscle maintenance.
