The Primary Ingredient Is: L-Citrulline

L-Citrulline is an amino acid that helps fuel the body's nitric oxide production, supporting steady blood flow to muscles during activity.

This form shows up in sports nutrition to help support energy delivery and endurance routes as part of a balanced training routine.

What L-Citrulline Does

L-Citrulline helps to boost nitric oxide production, which supports blood flow and helps sustain performance during exercise, in keeping with EFSA-style understanding.

Dr. Gonzalez from a university found that real increases in blood flow can come with higher activity levels, showing its role in normal body function during physical stress.
