The Active Ingredient Is: Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) Oil

Medium chain triglyceride oil is a kind of fat your body can use for energy faster than long-chain fats. This form comes from coconut and palm kernel oil and is 100% pure MCT oil, vegan and unflavoured. [as an aside: the simplicity helps with daily use]

What Does Medium Chain Triglyceride (MCT) Oil Do?

MCT oil helps with energy management and supports weight control by giving a readily absorbed energy source that the liver can utilise. This helps with normal energy metabolism and body energy balance. [what’s interesting is this can suit varying activity levels]

Dr. St-Onge at Harvard University found that MCT oil may boost thermogenesis and fat oxidation in overweight individuals.
