The Active Ingredient Is: Calcium (Calcium carbonate and citrate)

Calcium is a nutrient that acts as a essential structural element in bones, teeth and joints. This mix brings together calcium carbonate and calcium citrate for quick access and use inside the body.

The calcium in this formula is provided with an eye to backing daily skeletal structure and mineralisation, drawing on trusted sources of calcium and the body’s natural processes for bone health.

What Does Calcium Do?

Calcium helps keep normal bone structure and mineral density, supporting daily mobility and function. It also takes part in cellular processes essential for the body’s systems, aligned with EFSA guidance.

Dr. Tang from the University of Melbourne and teammates have highlighted the importance of calcium, especially with vitamin D, for supporting bone health through enhanced mineralisation.
