The Core Ingredient Is: Lactobacillus

Lactobacillus is a group of probiotic bacteria commonly used to support gut microbial balance and normal digestion.

This formula also includes Bifidobacterium as supportive strains, which help to reinforce the main role of Lactobacillus in maintaining a healthy gut microbiota.

What Exactly Does Lactobacillus Do?

Lactobacillus helps support normal digestion by backing a balanced gut flora and a healthy intestinal barrier, which matches EFSA and NHS guidance on probiotic roles in gut health.

Probiotic research suggests these bacteria act by introducing beneficial microbes to help restore and maintain microbial balance in the gut, supporting everyday digestive wellbeing. Dr. Patel at the University of Reading highlighted this mechanism in recent talks on gut microbiota.
