The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Concentrate

Whey protein concentrate is a complete dairy-derived protein that provides all essential amino acids and is rapidly absorbed to support protein turnover in muscle tissue, which helps keep you moving after workouts and helps your recovery feels smoother.

This form is sourced from dairy and is designed to deliver high-quality amino acids for efficient utilisation in the body, supporting quick availability after exercise [which is handy when you’re pressed for time].

What Does Whey Protein Concentrate Do?

Whey protein concentrate assists with muscle protein synthesis and post-exercise recovery, with rapid amino acid delivery to muscles, and it is involved in normal metabolic and immune function, aided by the product’s added micronutrients.

Dr. Morton of the University of Nottingham found that whey protein stimulates muscle protein synthesis after exercise, and this finding fits with guidance recognising protein’s role in supporting muscle function and recovery in active individuals.
