The Active Ingredient Is: Amla Berry (Emblica officinalis)

Amla berry is a well-loved fruit known for its nutrient-dense profile and its role in whole-food blends as a natural plant source. In Vitamineral Green, it features as part of a broad green superfood matrix designed to support vitality through diverse plant sources.

This ingredient is included in a multi-source formula described as From the Land, contributing to the overall nutrient density and natural antioxidant potential of the blend.

What Does Amla Berry Do?

Amla berry helps support gut health and may offer cardiovascular-friendly benefits when you eat a balanced diet. The nutrient composition contributes to antioxidant defences and normal metabolic processes, recognised in EFSA-aligned guidance on nutrient function. This form stays in line with a plant-derived, whole-food approach to supporting everyday wellness.

Dr. Akhtar from a university found that amla berry may help support heart health and play a role in gut health within a broader dietary context.
