The Active Ingredient Is: L-Leucine

L-Leucine is a essential amino acid that sits at the heart of muscle protein synthesis and everyday muscle function.

This product contains a leucine-rich amino acid blend, plus extra amino acids and electrolytes to help nutrient delivery and post-workout recovery.

What Does L-Leucine Do?

Leucine directly kicks the mTOR pathway into gear, which drives muscle protein synthesis. This mechanism helps normal muscle function and recovery after training, while electrolytes aid hydration during activity.

Dr. Norton from the University of Illinois found that leucine stokes mTOR signaling, contributing to anabolic muscle responses during athletic training.
