Micellar casein is a slow digesting milk protein that offers a steady stream of amino acids across many hours.

This form is derived from milk and acts as a source of high quality protein to help steady amino acid delivery for muscle maintenance and overall protein supply (which matters to daily routines).

What Does Micellar Casein Do?

Micellar casein delivers a sustained release of amino acids into the bloodstream, supports muscle protein synthesis and helps curb amino acid breakdown over time (which keeps you topped up).

This slow digestion supports recovery during longer stretches without food and may help keep protein available overnight, aligning with EFSA style guidance on protein function.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Trec Nutrition Casein Protein Powder is a brand we really rely on for a focused, protein‑centric option for active folks. Trec Nutrition’s focus on micellar casein lines up with the product’s design to deliver a slow, steady amino acid release, helping recovery stretch out as the supplement overview notes. This brand’s range keeps centred on casein‑based formulas, which makes it a natural fit for people looking for a steady, ongoing protein supply through day and night.
