Jak używać:

Przed użyciem dobrze potrząśnij butelką.
Delikatnie zdejmij czapkę i wstaw dyszę do jednego nozdrza.
Przytrzymaj butelkę pionowo i delikatnie naciśnij pompę, aby zwolnić jeden spray.
Powtórz proces w drugim nozdrze.

Shake the bottle thoroughly before using. Take off the cap and prepare the pump by spraying a few times into the air. Press the applicator for 5-10 seconds, then let go. Repeat until a full spray is achieved. Lean your head slightly forward, hold the bottle upright, and insert the tip into your nostril. Spray once, and if needed, spray again. Do the same for the other nostril. After applying, tilt your head back briefly and breathe normally through your nose.
