- 4-6 years: Administer two 5 ml spoonfuls (large end) up to 4 times in 24 hours.

Do not exceed 4 doses within any 24-hour period. Maintain at least a 4-hour gap between doses. Do not administer this medicine for more than 3 days without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. This product is designed for children aged 2 months to 6 years. For fever relief after vaccinations at 2, 3, and 4 months, refer to the leaflet in the box.
