For Children: Consult a doctor before use for ages 1–3 years. Ages 1–6 years: Mix 5g (about 1 teaspoon) with 50–100ml of water, take 3 times daily. Ages 7–14 years: Mix 10g (about 2 teaspoons) with 50–100ml of water, take 3 times daily. For ages 15 and older, including adults: Mix 15g to 22.5g (about 1 tablespoon) with 200ml of water, take 3 times daily.
