How to take

Take two Pregnacare Breast-feeding tablets and one Omega 3 capsule daily. Swallow each with water or a cold beverage during a main meal. Do not chew. Do not exceed the suggested dose. Consume on a full stomach. Can be initiated anytime post-childbirth and used as needed during and after breastfeeding.
