The Active Ingredient Is: Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5 (Probiotic Strain)

Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5 is a probiotic bacteria that supports gut health by helping to maintain a healthy balance of intestinal flora.

This formula uses delayed-release vegetarian capsules to help the bacteria survive stomach acid and reach the intestine in a viable state.

What Does Lactobacillus acidophilus La-5 Do?

The bacteria participate in digestion and nutrient absorption and are involved in supporting the intestinal barrier and immune response, contributing to overall digestive comfort. Dr. Ouwehand of Wageningen University has noted benefits in promoting healthy digestion with these strains.

This probiotic works alongside other gut health factors to support a balanced intestinal environment, a concept aligned with EFSA-guided understanding of probiotic function.

This supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
