The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a high-quality dairy protein containing essential amino acids that supports muscle repair and growth after exercise.

This form is derived from milk and is rapidly digested, providing a quick supply of amino acids for utilisation by the body.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein assists with muscle protein synthesis and recovery, with evidence from scientific research suggesting improved muscle mass and strength when combined with resistance exercise. This aligns with EFSA- and NHS-aligned views on protein’s role in normal muscle function.

Dr. Tang of the University of Massachusetts found that whey protein supplementation supports muscle growth during training, highlighting its role as a fast-acting protein source.
