The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a complete protein source containing all essential amino acids and is commonly derived from milk during cheese production. This form delivers rapid digestion and a high concentration of amino acids to support everyday protein needs and athletic recovery pathways.

This formula combines multiple whey-derived proteins, including concentrate, isolate, and hydrolysed forms, offering a versatile matrix for fast absorption and high-quality amino acid supply.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein plays a role in providing essential amino acids, including a high leucine content, which supports muscle protein synthesis following exercise. The powder also delivers fast-available amino acids to support routine recovery and muscle maintenance, in line with EFSA-style function claims.

Dr. Tang of the University studies suggest whey protein acutely stimulates muscle protein synthesis, highlighting the anabolic potential of whey after physical activity. MCTs and added enzymes in this blend may assist digestion and absorption, contributing to amino acid availability.
