Clear your nose completely. Take off the pump spray's plastic cap. If it's your first time using the spray or if it hasn't been used for a while, press the pump a few times until a fine mist appears. Insert the tip into one nostril. Keep the bottle upright and spray 1 to 3 times. Aim the spray in different directions to cover the entire nasal area while inhaling through your nose. Repeat the process for the other nostril. After using, clean the pump tip and put the cap back on.
