Open the Cura-Heat Arthritis Refill sachet by hand (do not use scissors) and take out the heat pack. Insert only one heat pack into each wrap pocket. Always place heat packs inside the wrap pocket. Cura-Heat gradually warms up and reaches full heat in about 30 minutes. Since Cura-Heat is activated by air, do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it.
