Call your doctor right away if you experience any of the following symptoms: watery or bloody diarrhea; stomach pain or cramping; blood in your urine; kidney problems resulting in infrequent or painful urination; ankle or foot swelling; or feelings of exhaustion or shortness of breath. Dosage

Cefzil can be taken by adults in doses of 250 mg to 500 mg twice daily.Pediatric patients typically receive 10 mg/kg (up to 500 mg) twice daily.
