The Key Ingredient Is: Protein (Dairy-derived blend)

Protein is a macronutrient that gives amino acids for body functions and tissue upkeep. This product uses a multi-source dairy-derived protein blend designed for prolonged amino acid availability.

The form blends seven high-grade dairy proteins to aid multi-phase digestion and extended release, delivering both fast and slow-digesting components to aid muscle repair and growth.

What Does Protein Do?

Protein helps to support normal muscle function by backing tissue repair and growth. Scientific research suggests that blended milk proteins can provide a more sustained rise in amino acids and protein synthesis, which is relevant to overnight recovery and steady amino acid supply.

Dr. Koopman from Maastricht University found that casein and blended proteins offer a more sustained amino acid profile and protein synthesis compared with fast proteins alone.
