The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein Isolate (Milk)

Whey protein isolate is a dairy-derived protein powder known for high purity and rapid digestion. It provides a substantial amount of protein with minimal lactose content, supporting efficient amino acid delivery.

This form is produced from milk using cross-flow microfiltration to retain nutrients and maximise purity, making it a highly bioavailable protein source.

What Does Whey Protein Isolate Do?

Whey protein isolate participates in delivering essential amino acids to the body quickly and efficiently, supporting normal muscle function and tissue maintenance.

Scientific research suggests leucine within whey protein stimulates muscle protein synthesis via the mTOR pathway, contributing to muscle repair and adaptation. EFSA recognises high-quality protein as a contributor to normal muscle function.
