Cos'è compresse Ibuprofene da 400 mg?
L'ibuprofene proviene da un gruppo di medicinali chiamati farmaci antinfiammatori non steroidei (cioè FANS). I FANS funzionano inibendo un enzima che è una sostanza chimica che provoca che si verificano altre reazioni chimiche; che si chiama cicloossigenasi, a volte indicata come Cox. Questo enzima è molto importante per la produzione di sostanze chimiche chiamate prostaglandine e queste sostanze hanno alcuni ruoli diversi, uno dei quali è causare infiammazioni.

L'ibuprofene può essere usato per le condizioni come mal di testa, dolore ai nervi (nevralgia), dolore al periodo, emicrania, mal di denti ed è anche efficace per ridurre il disagio e la febbre legata al raffreddore e all'influenza.

Ingredienti
Il tablet contiene ingrediente attivo, ibuprofene 400mg. Contiene anche sodio di croscarmellosio, glicollato di amido di sodio, talco, cellulosa microcristallina, acido alginico, silice anidra colloidale, amido, povidone, magnesio stearato, sodio lauril solfato, ipermellosio (e464), glicerolo, cartiera (E120) e dioxide (e171) .
