1. Start by loosening the plunger to enable its movement within the applicator barrel.
2. Attach the applicator onto the tube opening, ensuring it faces upwards.
3. Gently squeeze the tube to fill up half of the applicator with cream (approximately 2.5g).
4. Detach the filled applicator from the tube cautiously.

For application, either lie on your back or stand up like during tampon use and gently insert the cream-filled applicator deep into the vagina. Press plunger to dispense the product effectively. After usage, separate and clean both parts of applicator under warm water.

During pregnancy, avoid using an applicator; instead manually apply a ribbon length (approx 2 cm) amount of cream using clean fingers inside vagina.

Prior sexual intercourse is also a permissible moment for application, aiding in easing vaginal dryness symptoms. However be advised that simultaneous usage alongside condoms or caps/diaphragms potentially weakens tear strength hence avoiding their concurrent use is recommended.
