For adults, seniors, and children over 12: Apply the gel up to three times daily, with at least 4 hours between uses. Gently apply the gel to unbroken skin over the painful area. Dispense a 2 to 5 cm strip of gel onto the affected area, enough to cover it thinly, and massage until absorbed. Do not use more than 15 cm of gel in a 24-hour period. Wash hands after application, unless treating them. Continue using the gel for up to two weeks, or longer if advised by your doctor, until improvement is seen. If symptoms worsen or persist beyond two weeks, consult your pharmacist or doctor before continuing use.
