Use the minimum amount necessary to manage allergy symptoms. Most people find using the spray in the morning is most effective. For adults 18 years and older, the standard dose is 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. If symptoms improve, reduce to 1 spray in each nostril once daily. If symptoms are severe, you may need 2 sprays in each nostril twice daily (morning and evening) until symptoms improve, then return to the standard dose. Do not exceed 4 sprays in each nostril per day. The spray may take 3 to 4 days to reach full effectiveness. Read all packaging and labels before use. Keep all medicines out of children's reach and sight.

Do not use:
